Payments are accepted through secure and trusted gateways. Wo Ladki does not store or have access to your complete card/payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver Pan India within 7 days of order placement.
During festive seasons or high-demand periods, there might be a delay of 1–2 days.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We accept returns or replacements within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and tags are intact.
Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days after order pickup, with a ₹100 sourcing fee deducted.

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Damages caused by incorrect washing or handling of garments.
