1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We accept returns or replacements within 7 days of delivery for all eligible products.
To qualify for a return or replacement, please ensure that:

The product is unused and unwashed

All tags and packaging are intact

The item is in the same condition as it was received
We do not accept returns for items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
Simply email us at hello@woladki.com with your order number, reason for return, and images of the product (if applicable).
Our team will guide you through the pickup process from your location.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is picked up and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 2–3 working days.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

A ₹100 sourcing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
This small fee helps us stay alive as a growing small business 💛 — covering return logistics and handling costs.
4. Replacement Process
If you’d like a replacement instead of a refund, we’ll ship the new product once your return is received and verified.
Replacements are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
